This Staking Policy governs all staking activities conducted through the StackWise platform. By initiating a stake, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy in addition to our general Terms of Service.
StackWise offers a range of staking plans with varying durations, minimum investment amounts, and daily return rates. Plan details including ROI percentages, lock-in periods, and maturity conditions are displayed clearly before confirmation. Please review all plan details carefully before staking.
Staked funds are locked for the duration of the selected plan. Early withdrawal of principal is not permitted during the lock-in period. Daily returns are credited to your earnings balance throughout the staking period and may be withdrawn separately according to withdrawal rules.
Upon reaching the maturity date, your staked principal and any outstanding earnings are made available for withdrawal. You will receive an email notification when your stake matures. Matured funds must be withdrawn or restaked within the period specified in your plan details.
Daily ROI is calculated on the staked principal and credited to your account once per day based on the cron schedule. Returns are visible in your transaction history in real time. StackWise reserves the right to adjust plan rates for new stakes in response to market conditions, with prior notice.
Where referral commissions are enabled, commissions are calculated on the staking activity of referred users and credited according to the referral levels configured on the platform. Commission rates and levels are displayed in the Referral section of your dashboard.
