StackWise will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
All deposits are final once confirmed on the platform. StackWise does not offer refunds on deposited funds. Withdrawal requests are subject to the platform's processing times and minimum withdrawal thresholds as stated in your dashboard. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals pending identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity.
Staking returns are calculated based on the plan selected at the time of staking. StackWise does not guarantee future returns beyond the plan terms. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Crypto assets are inherently volatile and investment carries risk.
You may not use StackWise for money laundering, fraud, financing of illegal activities, or any purpose prohibited by applicable law. Attempts to manipulate the platform, exploit bugs, or conduct any form of abuse will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
StackWise reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any activity deemed harmful to the platform or its users. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of the StackWise platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
